[Ansteorra] A question on Regent pavilions

Greetings, good gentles,

 We are considering purchasing a 16'x16' Regent Pavilion with awning from
Panther Primitives. It is intended to replace our 15' Bell Wedge, which is
getting relegated to "teenage sons abode".

What we would like is some feedback from others who have this particular tent.
Any likes, dislikes, weather durability, set-up issues, etc. would be
imminently helpful to us.
