[Ansteorra] Court suggestion

Great Suggestion!!

It's one that we tried to have in Elfsea when Llywelyn and I were on the
Baronial thrones.  We also tried to keep non-court business out of court.
Presentations, taking of squires/apprentices/protege's, etc, were done
during feast or before court if at all possible.

We worked diligently with our heralds to keep court as fast paced as
possible.  Having a good court fool or bard is also a way to keep the
populace entertained during that awkward quiet spot that crops up
occasionally when someone misses a cue.

Preparation is a key ingredient to having a good court.

In all the suggestions and comments I have read, I haven't seent this
one.  Have more courts.  The only hang up is that your friends get an award
you wanted to be there for and they got it in the morning and you expected
it in the evening, but spreading the awards out through the day keeps each
court to a shorter time frame.
