[Ansteorra] blackstar update

[Miss Pict]

We received our March Blackstar 3/29. I also received a letter that is meter
stamped postmarked Mar 4/03. This tells me that the fault is with the post
office. Looks like they have finally found our missing mail and are
forwarding it to us.

Perhaps the inquirers of  our members to them actually worked for both the
Blackstar and other mail.
