[Ansteorra] Waterlord progression

I think just about everything was rained out.  Several merchants washed out of business, several vehicles seriously damaged.  About 10:00 am, I think the event was called because the party atmsophere wouldn't have been quite right with so many people loosing so much.

Is there anything we can to help both the merchants who lost everything, and the populace that lost a lot to recover?
