So I was told.

I got up Sunday morning and drove to the event with intent on being there in
time for the afternoon archery tournament and then evening court.  When I
got to the site it seems as if most folks had already packed up, there was a
steady stream of folks leaving with many clearly already gone and the ones
that remained told me that everything had been cancelled and I might as well
just go home.  Eight hour round trip for nothing
