I've written a Thank you to Duchess Isabella. She took me and a friend of mine with her Saturday night when she heard that our tents had flooded. She got us food and we really enjoyed spending time with her. She is one of the most gracious ladies I know. I met her a couple of years ago at Gulf Wars and she has always been beautiful and kind. I really don't know what to say except that if you haven't met her, you need to.

As the bird, we must all learn to fly free. Like the fleur-de-lys, we are all of us three parts of one ... mind, body, and most of all ... spirit.
