while true to a great extent, the seneschal has the *responsibility* to
insure that the financial commitee does not decide to spend sca funds on
inappropriate items.<G>  all i can say, is i really like financial
commitees, as it is an improvement, and insures more fiscal restraint within
a group.

still...it's worth hunting down...I copied off copies for all of our
