[Ansteorra] Stargate Yule Pelican elevations

This last Saturday, at Stargate Yule Revel, many deserving awards were presented.  
Of those, two Pelican's were created, both of Stargate: 
Sir Godwin of Edington and 
HL Perronnelle Charrette de la Tour du Pin.  

Godwin's elevation had been announced at a prior event, 
but Perronnelle's was a complete, though delightful surprise.  
Both are well deserved for their years of service! 

Congrats to both worthy new Pelicans of Ansteorra!
