Actually, it does show a scale, 75 miles.  It's in the lower right
corner of the map, above the legend.

Who made the map?  It does look great, there are just a few differences
in opinion of where things should be.

I think that this map gives a great view of the Kingdom and correctly
shows the "relative" location of each group.  Since the map does not
show any scale, non can be inferred.
