[Ansteorra] Proclaimations

We are looking for the actual proclamations made by the then Governors of
Texas and Oklahoma for Ansteorran 20th Year.  Does any one have them in
their files?  We need the exact wording and/or copies.  Does Burke have
them? Weren't they scanned and put on line for everyone to see?
