[Ansteorra] Paying for events with Credit Cards

Maybe we could put a hotlink with a small credit card icon next to the
events on the online calendar that have ACCEPS available.

For me it is generally the fact that I don't know about it. If I don't
see the info in the flier for the event I don't know to go look for the
ACCEPS info.
