[Ansteorra] Paying for events with Credit Cards

Ooh, now THAT'S a fine idea! What a great way to make
ACCEPS more visible.

I haven't used ACCEPS yet, mostly because I keep
forgetting it's available. But I look at the online
kingdom calendar all the time, so a special
icon/hotlink there would make a great reminder.
