[Ansteorra] Paying for events with Credit Cards

I really like the idea of the standardized icon -- something obvious so OOK 
people and newbies will understand what it is too. And the ACCEPS links on 
the Kingdom Calendar. Good ideas!

Beyond that, I suspect a lot of it is just lack of familiarity with ACCEPS, 
lack of knowledge of what it takes to set it up, and just not being 
familiar with how to use it. For my own event, KWAR, I ran into some 
problems that made me hesitant to use it. Since then we have come up with 
some very simple, straitforward solutions to those problems and if I had 
to do it over, I would use ACCEPS from the beginning.

So give us time to get use to it and become accustom to this new mode or 
operating, but keep reminding us about it both as attendees and stewards. 
Perhaps once a month someone could put out an email reminding us what 
events currently take ACCEPS and where to go to get the forms to set up 
ACCEPS.
