[Ansteorra] Paying for events with Credit Cards

i think that it is a great idea, but just will take a while to catch on.
remember, most of us only get one calendar event a year.
we have a lot of major changes going on right now, the marshalate cards,
on-line membership, NMS, the new financial forms, and ACCEPTS. That is
quite a lot to all get straight in one year.
yes, i do want to be able to pre-pay site and feast with my credit card. i
think that it will be a boon to small groups as well as the large ones,
giving them a better idea how many people to expect.
i did not use ACCEPTS when i autocratted Gothic Wars as it was right after
25th year, and we did not have much information to go on how it worked, or
whether or not it would be adopted after the test run at 25th year. would
be nice if the info about how it worked out, etc was put out on this list
again.
i'd go look at the accepts page, but it is not coming up for me right
now.<G>
