Snorri, thanks for the recap :) It's wonderful. Does anyone else have tales of the fights at crown?

A tree perhaps of the pairings?

Here is my memory of the last three rounds - someone please come back and
verify this to be sure, especially if I've omitted an important detail or,
worse, gotten something wrong. I'll also leave it to others to be more
eloquent in describing the day. All I can tell you is that the weather was
absolutely perfect and the fighting was a close second. Many of the
fighters rose to the occasion and fought well above their expectations. The
result was a number of extended, very well-fought bouts in the first and
second rounds and throughout the entire tournament.

The first bout of the semi-final round was between Earl Jason MacPherson and
Sir Randall der Krieger, with Earl Jason victorious. The second bout was
between Count Gunthar Jonsson and Earl Aaron MacGregor, with Earl Aaron
victorious. The final bout of the semi-finals was between Earl Arthur
Duncan Ross and Sir Asoph Hearts, with Earl Duncan victorious.

This then set up a round robin between the three earls. Each bout lasted
one point; the loser held the field and, as in previous rounds, any fighter
losing two points left the tournament. The first bout was between Earls
Duncan and Aaron, with Aaron victorious. Duncan held the field and faced
Earl Jason in the second bout; Jason was victorious over Duncan, giving him
his second loss in the round. (Earl Duncan did not depart the day empty
handed, however; his performance on the field caught the attention of His
Majesty and earned Duncan the honor of bearing the King's Blade of Chivalry.
Vivat Earl Duncan!)

The final round returned to a best-of-three format between Earls Jason and
Aaron and, as HL Eadric has reported, Jason was victorious.

Their Majesties' Heirs are known! The succession of the Crown is assured!

Vivat Prince Jason MacPherson! Vivat Princess Saeraid Sigmundsdottir!

VIVAT ANSTEORRA!!!
