pity they've been hunted to near extinction ... haven't seen a open season
on them in years and the tags for the ones that remain free-range are quiet
expensive and hard to obtain.  these days they mostly exist in small,
managed domestic enclaves that are kept separate from the general
populations.

whatever happened to the plans for that authenticity preserve they were
going to build for them?
