She has MUCH bigger problems than her "ambiance" being ruined.    Sounds like 
she not only has an unrealistic ideal of what her event experience  should be 
(issues with being in touch with the reality of the modern world in  which we 
live and accepting that "the game" only extends so far into that  reality), 
but she sounds like she also has massive entitlement issues  (her wants 
supercede others' needs).  She _wants_ a certain ambiance,  you _need_ your 
wheelchair.  
 
Personally, I would have tried to come up with a really smartassy  comeback.  
But honestly, all you can do is shake your head and hope that  people like 
that eventually get a clue.
