Since you are familiar with it...can you find the regulation that applies
 to the SCA on the ADA web site...please

I didn't see a board ruling...but I haven't read all the  board minutes.

Obiously you took it to the BoD...so they must have made a ruling on it...
can you direct me to where in the minutes I might find it...

I think you might be surprized at the number of people at Round Table who
keep abreast of board rulings...especially ones as prospectively as farreaching
and as potentially litigiously devestating to the SCA as ADA issues...and of course
our Kingdom Seneschal is one of them...

Also where did you find that we are not a private organization...it's been a while
since I read tax law...or is it in California law...since we are incorporated there?
