[Ansteorra] ADA DOES Apply to SCA

The ADA does apply because SCA events are open to the public and
admission is charged.  Think Six Flags.  And, as Wolf said, isn't the
point of being noble noblesse oblige?  Providing an opportunity for those
of us who are mobility impaired would seem to fall under that.
