[Ansteorra] Calendar Submission Guidelines

1. To request an addition to the kingdom calendar,
send a Request for Kingdom Calendar Date form
(http://www.ansteorra.org/regnum/seneschal/forms/Calendar.pdf)
and an Autocrat Warrant to the calendar secretary
mailing address. PLEASE fill out a second and third
choice of date. Additions and changes are made to the
calendar constantly. A weekend, that appears open when
the form is filled out, may have another event on it
when the form is received and processed by the
calendar secretary. 

2. Only regular mail requests for dates or faxes of
original documents, with signatures will be honored.
Absolutely no email or telephone requests will be
accepted. Do not send documents via any delivery
method that requires a signature upon delivery. Your
request will only be put on the calendar after your
documents are received by the calendar deputy.

3. If you want confirmation of the status of your
request for date, please make sure your email address
is on the form and legible.

4. To add a weblink to the calendar, send an email
containing the event, the date of the event and the
weblink to: calendar at ansteorra.org
