[Ansteorra] ISO "Governor's Letter of Commendation to the SCA"

Greetings,

Please pardon the bandwidth, but does someone have the
information concerning a letter of commendation that
George Bush sent or gave to the SCA?  I have only
heard mention of a publication by this name that used
to be on the Ansteorra website and would be extremely
grateful for a copy or reference.
