Greetings Baroness Jan,

At the end of the day, when all avenues have been tried, including 
ignore them...and et.al. in ways to handle the troublemakers.....

There needs to be a means to take all the documents, stories, lawsuits 
(real or threatened), incidents, issues and information to prevent these 
troublemakers from tearing groups apart or making it where folks leave 
groups or the SCA itself.

In a very simple sentence, I guess there has to be a way to corral those 
that have "very bad manners", so to speak.

I agree completely with you Your Excellence.

I thank all that have given information and suggestions. Perhaps 
something good will come out of this discussion.
