[Ansteorra] Baron Felix's passing

Felix will be well remembered and beloved by many who knew him.  His influence was far reaching,
beyond his beloved Seawinds; he was always quick to give me his ready smile and a hug.  While he
may have come to this game late in years, his heart was as strong as any Lion of Ansteorra and
full of honor for his kingdom.  His chair may remain empty in the halls of Seawinds, but his
spirit will remain evermore with you.
