The mob-mind can be a frightening and vicious thing, and good people can be 
destroyed by the malicious tongues of others, and stories often grow in the 
telling.

Therein lies the biggest problem.

Who defines who a 'psycho' is? The 'in' crowd? the angry mob? the current 
brass hat? the 'popular' folks?
