theres a bit of a difference between someone trying to learn and someone
trying to cause trouble - usually the difference is VERY apparent.

And some of those "flags" mean someone is a Newcomer or equivalent. God
knows I hav efit several of the catefories with my enthusiasm and wanting
to make a difference in the OLD stinky politics in my barony. I have been
known to ask "meddlesome" questions or "take notes at inappropriate times"
or be "extraordinarily likabile" or be "an insatiable questioner, a
persistant suggester" and have even been a "letter writer" from time to
time. Gee, I guess I'm a real trouble maker just by wanting to get to know
people, figure out how to play the game, try to improve things around me,
and understand. Gosh. Is there anything someone can do that ISN"T a red
flag??
