I figure each group would have there own calendar of events going on if each
region was a principality. That would be the only way that all the events
would fit.

One of the biggest complaints I've heard over the years is that the
calendar is over crowded. Including crown and coronation to the
twenty new events and it's twenty four events devoted ONLY to
choosing and installing heirs to thrones. They can't compete with
each other, because the crown would need to be present for some if
not all. (No, they don't have to go, but putting the events opposite
each other and forcing the crown to choose would not be very smart.
And yes, the crown has to pick and choose events to attend anyway,
but trust me it it not the same situation).

Any given year will have usually only forty eight weekends good for
events. GW kills two and holidays usually take care of two more. So
fully half our weekends would be crown/coronet tourneys and
coronations. I would consider this a bad thing.

Right now we have one to three events on the calendar for every
weekend on the calendar. Yes, I think adding another 20 would be a
bad thing.
