I guess I find myself a bit more worried about the safety of the EMS
personnel, should they take a pair of scissors to 1000+ hours of beadwork on
an elizabethan gown, or... well that was enough for me. I don't need an 'or'
after that visual.

Take out a scissors and cut the clothes off!  I forsee lots of dull scissors
and some scratched armor......
