I wish to thank the Steppes for allowing the artists to be able to shine
for so many years. I as well as all the Artists of the Steppes welcome
Mistress Stella Silvana into the ranks. The artists turnout for this
event is always so wonderful I think it is one of my favorite events in
the year, Thanks you to all of the Steppes for hosting such an event.

Salutations to the far reaches of Ansteorra.  

If you have not heard yet, Mistress Stella Silvana has been chosen this
year as the Titled Artisan for the Barony of the Steppes.  She joins a
diverse group of people pursuing the Arts and Sciences in this Kingdom.

There were 18 entrants for this years competition.  They were, in no
particular order (titles are given when they are known)
