The Barony of Loch   Soilleir presents
    Tourney by the Loch:   An Autumn in France 
    October 7, 2006    Join the Barony of Loch   Soilleir as they choose their new rapier, A&S and dance champions!
    Rapier Champion: 
      
   Swiss 7:     Single, dagger, case, buckler, cloak, dagger
 (Yes it's twice because     Rapier & Dagger is the one true form!)
   2-Person Teams: off-hand     Defensive-only Dons  
    The Prize is a brand   new Heavy Rapier from Darkwood Armoury donated by the Landsknecht   of Die Schwarze Gesellschaft. 
    Youth Rapier Champion: 
      
   All interested youth should     contact Lord Brian O'hUilliam as soon as possible at brianoftheloch at gmail.com .  
    A&S Champion: 
      
   The A&S venue will consist     of one (1) new item made this year. Documentation is strongly urged     but not required.  
    Dance Champion: 
      
   Dancers wishing to compete     in the dance championship should provide their own music.  Documentation     is appreciated but not required.  
    Children’s Activities: 
      
   Kingdom MoC Patch Program:     Each child participating will earn a patch and a scroll to be presented     in evening court.  Limited to 12 children:  if interested,     please contact wyllowmacm at netscape.net.
   Children’s A&S Competition:     Minimum of 3x5 card documentation required. Can be prompted and dictated,     but should be in the child's own words. On-site help available.   
    Feast:
      
   Limited to 50 adults, so please     ACCEPS early!  A youth feast will also be available.

    From   the South (I-45):
      
   Take I-45 North; Exit Scarsdale     and turn West onto Scarsdale
   Turn right onto Beamer 
   Turn right onto Hughes. The     church will be on your left hand side at the first light.  
    From the   North (I-45):
      
   Take I-45 South and exit S.     Beltway 8/Sam   
       Houston Tollway West
      
   Exit Sabo/Hughes and turn     left
   The church will be on your     right.  
    From the   West (I-10):
      
   Take Beltway 8/Sam Houston     Tollway South
   Exit Sabo/Hughes and turn     right
   The church will be on your     right .  
     
    Site will open at 8 am   and close at 10 pm. Site is wet in period containers only and is also   tobacco free.  Limited crash space is available upon request,   as this is a non-camping site.  Please contact Her Excellency Loch   Soilleir for more information on crash space.  
    Fees: Feast   fee: $7.00 for 13 and up. Youth feast is free.
    Site fee: $8.00   ages 13 and up, $4.00 ages 6 to 12, children under 6 are free; family   max is $24.00.  ACCEPS registration is now available. A non-member   surcharge of $3.00 will be charged to those without proof of membership.    Please make checks payable to SCA, Inc. Barony of Loch Soilleir.  
  
  Minors must be accompanied   by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year or   older adult with a signed and NOTARIZED Minor Event Waiver Form   from the parents.  Only service animals are allowed
no pets   please.
