I totally agree with Gunthar, except the Kerry/Edwards sticker makes me 
shudder ;)

Everyone should be able to peacefully state their point of view and 
difference and be respected for it.  We are supposed to be a diverse group, 
not a cookie cutter image of what one group of strong personalities inflicts 
upon us.  Of course, the "strong group of personalities" never realizes 
quite how afflicted they can make us feel.  There is a lesson in that 
paragraph somewhere ;)

Conviction without compassion becomes cruelty.
