[Ansteorra] Land and Title . . . (Was Squires, Spurs and belts, OH MY!)

Salut cozyns,

Lyonel ici.

I heard vague rumors involving drugs and an Ansteorran viscount, but I
thought that incident was handled informally.

Someone also mentioned the statutory rape story. Wasn't that Sutan
Bloodaxe--but in another kingdom?

Duke Angus--one of the most unpleasant peers 'twas ever my misfortune to
meet--was indicted by the feds for conspiracy. I think he was living in
Trimaris at the time.

In other kingdoms, I believe Duke Mark von Neumann and his Duchess,
Jacqueline, in Atenveldt, were more or less invited to unjoin the SCA due to
some questions about financial matters. Duchess Larissa might recall more of
that mess than I. I can't honestly say I had any feelings one way or the
other about Duchess Jacqui, but many of my friends had much bad and little
good to say about her. I liked Duke Mark. He was a tough, energetic, fast,
and--in every bout I ever saw--just fighter.

lo vostre por vos servir
Sir Lyonel
