[Ansteorra] Cookies and merit badges

What if we did pilgrimage type tokens for people. 

When they spend enough time in a new class or new art they get a token that says "hey, I've checked this out and know 
something about it". The more you get the more it shows you've stuck your nose in the door. It should also point out that you 
have only been there but it does not make you an expert. 

It would be a way to see just how much there is to learn. And a creative way to show to others just how many topics we can 
come up with to look into. It would point out how many things we have experts in.

It would be a cookie, might carry some bragging rights, you never get too much rank to get new tokens and it carries no 
awards. 

Could be fun just to see how many new things you can get into. And a nice surprise once in a while to discover that even those 
that have been around for a while can learn something new.
