[Ansteorra] Start/end of Period

When I began playing 19 years ago in Meridies the time period they played by in today's Gleann Abhainn was from the fall of Rome, ca. 500, to the discovery of the New World in 1492, or ca. 1500.  We didn't deal with gunpowder and there were no rapier fighters.
