[Ansteorra] "what was your first event"

My first "real" event was Namron's Beltane the last reign of Inman and 
Arrowyn and Bjorn and Gwyneth were B&B of Namron. I remember sitting around 
a campfire listening to Inman sing with my head in the lap of a certain Duke 
(who was as new as I was at that point) and drifting off to sleep listening 
to the bards. Followed shortly thereafter by my first Steppes Warlord. I've 
been enthralled ever since. Followed not to long there after by being the 
event steward for Protectorate X with Lord Gunthar as our head cook, 
standing in 6 inches of water to make the feast because the hall had flooded 
and so had the site.
