[Ansteorra] What's happening here...Cookies and Rewards

Well put Sir.....

As one that in recent years has had to deal with motivating a team of 
people to a desired end product, positive feedback is a good tool.

I really like you bringing up the responsibilities angle, as in a group 
such as the SCA, these rewards (to name just a few... an AoA, Landed 
B&B, Peer, Crown, Officer) do carry very important responsibilities with 
them. Very good point!

BTW, I guess I am a tradionalist, I prefer good old fashion, slightly 
warm (from the oven) chocolate chip cookies :)
