While you are at getting trees picked and planted don't forget pruning shears two and one handed types. Unless you are going to go organic spray tanks two one for instincts and one for fungicides may be a third for herbicides. Apples and pears both require pruning so get a book or some one to show you how t prune them. If you go with full sized trees you will need an orchard ladder they only have three legs so you can stick them up into the tree.
Order your trees prune them plant them and sit back and watch them grow.
