[Ansteorra] Parks with halls or pavilions in Dallas area

Greetings...

I am seeking a park type setting with a hall or pavilion that a picnic 
can be held that has about 50-60 attendees in the Dallas /Arlington/DFW 
area.

Cost would be under $200 for one day.

Would need picnic tables for eating.

I have looked at Cedar Hill SP, Joe Pool Lake and the other state parks 
around Dallas/FTW
