Greetings, 

Please welcome Lyonette van Leyden of Steppes as the new Central Regional Scribe deputy. 
Lyonette has a professional background in art and printing, so we look forward to what she can
share in the kingdom.  

Many thanks to retiring regional, Fionnghuala "Nuala" the Fair, for her years of wonderful service
in a very active scribal region.  Nuala will be missed as regional, but will keep busy in scribal
arts and teaching.  Vivat to Nuala!!
