[Ansteorra] Heralds Class at Steppes Artisan

It was sent to both the heralds list and the ansteorra list. Habit I have
when it comes to classes.

I am also going to be sponsoring a Herald's Meet n Greet at Elfsea Defender
in September. Info on that will be going up on the Defender page in the near
future.
