Your Excellency Armand, Baron of Elfsea,

While I normally try to stay out the affairs of those who are entrusted with 
maintaining good stewardship of the lands by our sovereign King and Queen. 
Please let me be the one to inform you that the fire you saw when you 
returned to Elfsea; was not an attack from the warriors here in the Western 
Region.  In truth the fire you can see by a careful inspection was started 
in the Kitchen,  (I had Count Gunther was in there trying new recipes, 
sooo...  maybe it was his poor placement of an oily rag that was the cause 
of the fire.)
