  1.Are we allowed to grab the strikinge edge of a weapon?
  2.Are we allowed to grab our opponents weapon anywere they are allowed?
  3.If so, does this rule overrule those rules?
   
  12. Grasping an opponent's person, shield, or weapon's striking surface is prohibited.
