[Ansteorra] Vigils for White Scarves

Considering that Master Modius just completed a lengthy stint as kingdom
Seneschal, I don't believe that he is on this list any more. But if I
had to list any one person to ask questions to about the white scarf and
its traditions, he would be my first thought. (its safe to say he takes
his rare rather seriously as I understand it) ;).

In any event, does anyone want to contact him and inquire. I don't
