Thank you very much for this timely information.  It is very forethoughtful
of you to get the word out now, while people are still making their camping
preparations for the event.

One question: are woodburning "portable firepits" (those metal bowls on some
sort of legs that you may have seen in certain camps) allowable?  Or are
they only allowable if charcoal, and not wood, is burned?

The National Weather Service says there's a good chance of rain for
Colmesneil over the next week, and I wish you the best of it.
