[Ansteorra] Pictures of Artisans with competition displays

I would love to know who some of the artisans are when I look at lovely displays, but have been told at some events that names just aren't put out for people to see. No one could give me an answer, "It just wasn't done," was the closest to a reason I got.

As an example: Imagine that you have been unable to attend an A & S event, but a relatively new member has gone. You ask them questions and that person gladly gives a report that everything was lovely and that they greatly admired a lovely piece of costuming. "Oh, was it Her Excellency, Baroness Isabeau's work?" (just an example of someone whose work I have admired) you might ask, but the person had no idea who's display it was. As i recall, a couple of years I ran into this situation and and it was actually an embroidery piece that was admired, but as there was no identification, the person asked had no idea whose work they were admiring or could report on. It would be so nice to be able to put at least a name to a lovely talent, if you can't have the artist him/herself. If an artist can't or isn't required to be at their display, please put a name placard out. "It just isn't done," is so snooty.
