With no disrespect to the facility of Her Grace's memory, I must directly disagree with this assertion.  Largesse both in the material and philosophical sense has been a part of the culture of Meridies since its inception. Having been around during that span I offer the observation with no fear of correction.

Perhaps not a great production is made of the act; however it is done.
