You misunderstand. You're driving and your lady is sewing (or
vice-versa.) I first saw this phenomenon while riding with Master
Lloyd and Lady Joselyn to Telbyrne & Janet's wedding. That was my
third or fourth SCA event, sometime around AS 11 or 12.
