[Ansteorra] Group Status Changes

I have been in the same group for almost 10 years, in this period of time I have watched a small Canton become a large Canton and now a very healthy Shire. Our Shire seems to always have at least one regional officer of one sort or another and is very active within the kingdom archery community, Kingdom\Regional Marshals etc. We have seen good times and bad but in all of my almost 10 years with this group we have never been called down to answer for indiscretion's whether they be real or perceived. Is three years of dotting I's and crossing T's that inconceivable? For someone that is willing to go that extra mile for their group's success, I think not.
I do not take the liberty of asking why such and such is happening, many do. When I start to publicly doubt the leadership of My Kingdom I will no longer play, until then they serve by leading and I serve in any way I can to further the dream.
