I have a recipe for a good Cinammon-Clove cordial.  It's thick, creamy, 
sweet, and potent.  We could invite several of those who make cordials 
to supply their wares and then have the debate over cordials - but only 
with the ground rule that all participants must have consumed at least 
four servings before being allowed to participate.  That could be a lot 
of fun.  :-)
