That might work *IF* people would actually throw their paper cups in 
the trash afterwards, rather than leaving them scattered about the 
field or their pavillion. But there's an awful lot of people who 
either don't follow (or never learned) the old rule: "The SCA 
*always* leaves a site cleaner than we found it."
