If I understand the postings of the SCA president, then we could do it. The
issue is not the group providing or paying for supplies, it is having
warranted officers performing waterbearing or overseeing waterbearing as
part of their officer jobs.

Scenario Question: In some cases in the past, the sca group holding the
event would provide water on site. This was done because the site itself
did not have onsite water available. Would this be considered
waterbearing for everyone or not? To be even more specific the group
would contact the national guard or some other entity to get a water
trailer( of sorts) to have enough water for the event. Could this still
be done under the new proposed guidelines?
